Jill did an outstanding job coaching us through the entire sales process. This was a challenging deal from the get go (reluctant sellers). Coaching us on cleaning out the home, staging it, open houses, negotiations, and even a mid-deal hailstorm that required home repairs. All of this, while I was mostly working out of state! She is great supporting remote sellers with email friendly documents, and has a very calm and logical approach that helped us get through what seemed daunting at the time. Her advice was great, and she listens and understands where both sides are coming from. She even coordinated a remote closing for us!
