I began my career as a business professional in the IT industry, specializing in sales, marketing, contract negotiation, client needs analysis, and project management for over two decades. In 2010, I made the transition to real estate, utilizing these skills to kickstart my journey as a real estate consultant, helping clients with their real estate needs.

One of the most fulfilling aspects of being a real estate consultant is guiding my clients through significant life transitions. I understand that buying or selling a home is deeply personal and emotional. I prioritize listening to my clients' needs and delivering exceptional service to support them in moving forward to their next chapter.

Since 2010, I have served as a real estate consultant, dedicated to maximizing my clients' home value by using strategic staging, effective marketing, skillful negotiations, and cutting-edge technology. Similarly, I assist clients in finding the perfect location and home that aligns with their needs. While it's a unique form of consulting, every transaction demands a blend of analysis, marketing, sales, project management, negotiations, and preparing and delivering solid contracts. Possessing these skills is crucial for agents to effectively advocate for their clients. The most rewarding part of my role is orchestrating a seamless and enjoyable experience for each and every one of my clients.

I specialize in the South Metro area, covering Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, Castle Pines, Castle Rock, Parker, Englewood and Centennial. However, I've worked extensively in other parts of the Denver Metro area, including the Highlands, downtown Denver, Lakewood, and Aurora and I have also sold homes in our beautiful Foothills in Evergreen, Conifer and Pine. I have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Florida State University and a Master's degree in Systems Management from University of Southern California. I am a Certified Negotiation Expert, and an Accredited Staging Professional.

As a Certified Negotiation Expert with extensive experience in contract negotiations, I bring a wealth of strategies to the table, enabling me to skillfully negotiate pricing with every transaction.

As an Accredited Staging Professional, I specialize in enhancing the appeal of homes to maximize their value in the eyes of potential buyers. Recognizing that residential real estate transactions are emotionally driven, I understand the critical importance of making a strong impression in the first seven seconds. With insight into buyer preferences, I assist my clients in staging their homes to attract a wider audience. Remember, the way we live in our homes differs from how we market them. Allow me to demonstrate the difference.

My Personal Life

I have lived throughout the country, including Florida, California, New Jersey and in Colorado since 2004, which I am so grateful to have found. It is truly one of the most beautiful states in the country! I am married to my wonderful husband, Bruce, and have 2 grown boys who are finding their way in this world and still love to play hockey. In my spare time, I love to hike, ski, travel, entertain, and read.

This is my second career and my only regret is that I didn't find it sooner. I don't think I could have found a career more perfect for my skillset and personality and I feel privileged that I have the opportunity to assist each and every one of my clients with the next chapter in their life.

  • Assist in the determination of the estimated price range that meets your needs
  • Diligently search for properties on the market and those not on the market, if necessary. Sometimes, I need to get more creative.
  • Provide a portal that easily allows me to share listings with you, allows you to search for listings and share them with me and indicate which listings appeal to you.
  • Provide you with a market analysis of the properties that interest you.
  • Prepare and present the purchase offer to the listing agent.
  • Assist you in negotiation of price, terms and the inspection phase of the contract.
  • Manage all the details form contract to closing.
