Business Philosophy

Providing amazing customer service is #1 in my book. I am always dumbfounded by service based businesses that have no idea how to provide great or even good customer service and then they wonder why they fail. It really isn't hard if you care about what you do and the people that you are helping. I just love seeing the smiles on my clients' faces when they sell their home or find their next one.

Education and Training

I earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Florida State University and a Master's degree in Systems Management from University of Southern California. I am a Certified Negotiation Expert, and an Accredited Staging Professional.

Prior to real estate, I spent more than 18 years developing my expertise in sales, marketing, project/transaction management, consulting, negotiations, contracts and client management, all skills which have been very beneficial as a realtor.

I have worked for many companies and in many roles but what I really loved was being a consultant where I helped companies with the streamlining and automation of their businesses. I loved analyzing businesses and developing solutions to make businesses more efficient.

I am a Certified Negotiation Expert and have had many years negotiating contracts which provides me with strategies to better negotiate pricing on both sides of the transaction.

I am an Accredited Staging Professional. Making sure your home looks the best it possibly can will increase its value in a buyer's eyes. Residential real estate is an emotional purchase and you have 7 seconds to capture the buyer. I know what buyers want. I help my clients stage their homes to capture the most buyers. How we live in our homes and how we sell our homes are two very different things. Let me show you why.

Being a Real Estate Advisor

I have been a real estate advisor since 2010, helping clients sell their homes for top dollar through staging, aggressive marketing strategies, and leveraging technology or assisting them in trying to find the right location and home that truly meets their needs. It is a different type of consulting but each and every transaction still requires analysis, marketing, sales, project management, negotiations, writing contracts and client management. Every agent should have these skills to better represent their clients. The best part of my job is creating a smooth and hopefully enjoyable experience for my clients.

My Personal Life

I have lived throughout the country, including Florida, California, New Jersey and over 15 years in Colorado which I truly love. I am married to my wonderful husband, Bruce, and have 2 grown boys who love to play hockey. In my spare time, I love to hike, ski, travel, entertain, and read.

This is my second career and my only regret is that I didn't find it sooner. I don't think I could have found a career more perfect for me and I feel privileged that I have the opportunity to help each and every one of my clients.

Communities I Serve

I serve most of the Denver Metro area and know many of the great neighborhoods in and around our city. I can assist you with navigating school districts, commute times, being near open space and other factors that may be important to you when looking for a home.
